Bao Dang, PE, CGC, is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of FG Construction and brings more than 25+ years of experience across roadway design, permitting, construction, and construction management. With dual licensure as a Florida Professional Engineer and Certified General Contractor, Bao leads work with a practical understanding of both design intent and field execution.
Bao’s experience spans heavy civil projects in active corridors, including roadway and streetscape improvements, drainage and utility coordination, and lighting systems. He is known for clear direction in the field, disciplined planning and phasing, and thorough documentation that keeps projects moving while meeting FDOT and local standards and documentation requirements.
